property of, or used with permission by, Zion Lutheran Church. The

trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and

"Trademarks") displayed on the Site are registered and
unregistered Trademarks of Zion Lutheran Church and others.

of Zion Lutheran Church or such third party that may own the

You are also advised that Zion Lutheran Church will aggressively

8. Although Zion Lutheran Church may from time to time monitor or

boards, and the like on the Site, Zion Lutheran Church is under no

arising form the content of any such locations nor for any error ,
defamation, libel, slander, omissions, falsehood, obscenity,
